The design thinking framework is based on empathy and an in-depth understanding of a given problem. It is an iterative process involving both divergent and convergent thinking. Through literature, interviews and observations (involving the target audience where possible), I explore the context to define a key question and generate multiple ideas. Through prototyping and testing, we refine a concept together that fulfils the necessary requirements.
However, every project is unique, and together we define the approach that works best.
